**Job Title**:Business Development Representative

**Summary**:Responsible for soliciting insurance by telephoning prospective clients by performing the following duties.

**Duties and Responsibilities **include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. *
- Maintains operations by following company policies and procedures. *
- Calls prospective clients by operating telephone and computer programs. *

**Language Ability**: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

**Computer Skills**:To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, & Microsoft Excel. Have an average typing speed of 65 to 75 WPM.

**Education/Experience**: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
