**What We Want**:
We seek a Hummingbird Project Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direct engagement in activities that enrich the lives of our clients. This role is perfect for individuals with a solid therapeutic arts or recreation background and a profound commitment to eldercare.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and supervise a team of Activity Specialists, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with our goals.
- Develop, implement, and update creative and effective Quality of Life Plans for clients.
- Provide direct, billable services to clients, including in-home assessments and activity planning.
- Foster and maintain relationships with community members and professionals to enhance service delivery and client engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all training and professional standards for your team.
- Actively participate in professional forums and community outreach to promote the Hummingbird Project.

**Who You Are**:

- A licensed Mental Health professional or someone with comparable training and experience in Therapeutic Arts.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least five (5) years of experience working with older adults, with a minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory role.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, proficient in both in-person and digital interactions.
- Creative and innovative, with a knack for problem-solving and adapting to the needs of clients and staff.
- A valid California driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
