- Proficient in dental office management systems, such as open dental
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology and codes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with utilization management and practice management systems
- Experience in acute care or healthcare management is a plus
- Basic financial management skills for handling patient billing and insurance claims
