- Provide clients with monthly maintenance reports.
- Participate in weekly management meetings to ensure program compliance.
- Establish production targets for each shift in line with the monthly plan.
- Conduct weekly planning meetings as required.
- Monitor budget and report any variances to the Maintenance Director.
- Track weekly production plan progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Oversee the management of operating systems and maintenance administrative requirements.
- Ensure quality assurance requirements are met at all departmental levels, sharing results with the team.
- Deliver weekly trend analysis and feedback on KPI performance for management review.
- Supervise the oil analysis program, ensuring timely re-sampling or follow-up.
- Review audit results with Training and QA teams, taking necessary actions for improvements.
- Manage staff and implement corrective action disciplines as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Communicate with Original Equipment Manufacturers regarding identified part issues.
- Collaborate with the Parts Manager to maintain optimal parts and inventory levels.
- Oversee the electronic vehicle inspection process.
- Present visual financial and performance reports to upper management and clients.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects while exceeding goals.
- Must be 21+ and able to pass DOT mandated background check and drug screening.
- Possess or be able to obtain a Class B CDL with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Maintenance/Fleet or related fields.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
- ASE Certifications are advantageous.
- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not required.
- Effective communication skills in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Associate's or Technical School degree preferred.
