Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage submittals and RFIs
* Review incoming submittals prior to sending to the owner
* Update and maintain project baseline and weekly schedules
* Assist/Manage work plans, post plans, and pre-plan process
* Perform quantity take-offs, prepare proposals, process submittals, and requests for information, participate in project safety
* Be knowledgeable about construction methods, materials, and regulations
* Familiarity with computers and software programs for job costing, reporting, online collaboration, scheduling, and estimating
* Create or assist in weekly meeting agenda
* Assist/Manage work plans, post plans, and pre-plan process
* Assist in managing environmental permits and regulations
* Project document control
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant Engineering field or Construction Management Certification
* A valid driver's license and acceptable driving history
* Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
* Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Bluebeam preferred
