**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Primarily responsible for quarterly reporting for our joint ventures. Responsibilities include**:

- Coordination of Private Equity reporting (Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements for joint ventures).
- Managing the Private Equity reporting team (2 accountants)
- Coordination of the financial statement external annual audits.
- Monthly and quarterly accounting responsibilities related to the joint ventures.
- Responding to joint venture investor requests

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- CPA
- 7-10 years of experience in accounting/reporting/private equity, preferably within the real estate industry
- Public accounting experience is a plus
- Able to manage a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- WDesk software knowledge is a plus
- MRI software knowledge a plus
- Able to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders across the company
- Team-oriented, enthusiastic individual who works well under tight deadlines
