**REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.
- Upload driver’s handhelds.
- Input deposits and check accuracy of total deposit.
- Input corrections from variance sheets and create new invoices when necessary.
- Balance all routes.
- Distribute all respective reports.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

**EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION**:

- Equivalent of (1) Associated degree in Accounting or closely related field and 2 years of route accounting experience **OR** (2) 4+ years of directly applicable experience.
- Experience with confidential files, documents and other information.
- Related training or certification.
