**cGMP Equipment Maintenance Associate**
- First Shift, Mon-Fri (occasionally weekends)
- $70,000 and higher (depending on qualifications)

**Position Summary**:

- You will monitor and maintain cGMP state-of-the-art equipment within the manufacturing facility and its support systems.
- Occasionally, work in a clean room environment with a friendly team to provide support and maintenance as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Write and execute equipment IQ/OQ and if necessary, PQ protocols.
- Analyze Qualification data and complete Qualification reports.
- Work collaboratively with project team members to release Qualification documentation for manufacturing and testing equipment.
- Establishing equipment monitoring, cleaning, and maintenance programs.
- Diligently maintaining equipment Preventative Maintenance and Calibration schedules
- Performing Preventative Maintenance or Calibration of equipment when feasible
- Scheduling vendor services to perform Preventative Maintenance or Calibration when needed and on schedule
- Monitoring vendor service personnel on site
- Troubleshooting equipment.
- Performing small electrical and mechanical repairs where feasible
- Support facility staff, manage relevant contractors and equipment vendors
- Assisting project teams with facility expansion
- Complying with company safety program including health and safety and OSHA requirements.
- Completing any other relevant duties and responsibilities assigned by senior management.
- Ability to work on weekends or in rotating shifts if needed.
- Lift up to 40 lbs. and 60 lbs. with assistance.
