Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Manager to join our team. As the Front Desk manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk and housekeeping operations and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This is a full-time position with competitive pay:

*Must have good working knowledge of property management system
*Must be able to cover Front Desk shifts when necessary
- Assist in all activities at the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Guest Services and Night Audit
- Provide training to all employees in all aspects of the operation as needed
- Handle collection efforts of all in-house balances and notifies management of potential liabilities
- Balances all cash, check, credit card and ledger accounts through verification, shift reports and performs audit functions if assigned
- Respond to all guest requests and follow through to assure satisfactory outcome and compliance
- Provide guidance and direction to shift supervisors and all employees
- Effectively communicate all pertinent information to all employees
- Comply with all standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
- Attend regular stand-up and staff meetings
- Establish and maintain professional demeanor and standards of performance of all Front Office staff
- Maintain knowledge of all company policies and procedures
- Hold all employees accountable through coaching and counseling and progressive discipline
- Delegate responsibility effectively to employees
- Maintain and organize all work areas; order supplies as necessary.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to input and access information in the Property Management System.
- FSD Certificate of fitness is required.

Pay: From $62,000.00 per year
