**What **you** will do**:

- Responsible for creation of Discovery documentation, Solution Specifications, Proposal Development including Statement of Work, and Support documentation that contains complete software functionalities, project deliverables, acceptance criteria, and post deployment requirements.
- Creation & Execution of project plans for planning, design and configuration, implementation, and project closure milestones.
- Responsible for supporting and training global customer-facing teams on software automation solutions
- Ensures sustainability of the solution including ability to install, deploy & support.
- Support market requirements documentation and go to market planning.

**What you need to **have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Automation Engineering, or equivalent or relevant industry experience.
- Minimum 5+ years in technical support role at a Marking and Coding company, preferably with both hardware and software experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills and able to interact with diverse, cross-cultural stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of IT / networking and aptitude for quickly learning new software tools and hardware
- Agile certifications, e.g. Product Owner or Scrum Master.

The position involves approximately 50% travel and includes domestic and international travel.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $114,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
