**The Opportunity**:
Phorest powers over 9,000 hair and beauty salons using our software across the globe. Our aim is to capture 25% of the market globally - that’s one million salons and a billion-dollar company.

We are growing fast and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals, to help us grow Phorest faster. Your role within the team will be to accelerate our growth across the North American Market.

**What you will do**:

- Accurately add/transfer client information, appointments, appointment notes, series and membership information, loyalty points, and other relevant data from salons' previous software into the corresponding fields in Phorest.
- Ensure data integrity by meticulously cross-checking information and resolving any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a high level of concentration and attention to detail throughout the data entry process.
- Communicate effectively with salon owners or managers to clarify any ambiguities or missing information during the onboarding process.
- Meet specific data entry targets and deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects and successful salon onboarding.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of data entry progress in CRM.
- Collaborate with other members of the Onboarding Team to streamline the salon onboarding experience.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in working with data that may be unstructured or ambiguous.
- Support the Onboarding Team with additional tasks as business needs require

- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a willingness to support team efforts.
- Adaptability and ability to work with data that may be incomplete, unstructured, or ambiguous.

**Requirements**:
**Must Have**
- Minimum 2+ years proven experience in data entry roles, preferably with exposure to migrating data across different software platforms.
- Prior use of POS software
- A quiet work environment, free from any distraction and noise throughout the duration of your shift

**Nice to Have**
- Experience in the salon/spa industry
- Familiarity with salon operations and terminology would be an advantage.
- Experience with Zendesk, Slack, and/or Notion
