**Accounts Payable Specialist**

We are currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. We are seeking a hard-working, detail-oriented professional with a desire to work for a fast-paced organization.

**Position Description**

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for efficient and accurate full-cycle accounts payable support, as well as accurate financial operations.

**Skills & Responsibilities**
- Manages accounts payable processes, including invoice posting and analysis, vendor statements reconciliations, and payment disbursements processing.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
- Maintains accurate and complete A/P records and control reports.
- Post payment to applicable accounts with proficient accuracy
- Manage the full cycle of the accounts payable process, including coding, posting, and making payments to vendors for multiple entities.
- Interface with other departments to ensure quick turn-around time for invoice approval.
- Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager and/or Department Heads.

**Required Education & Experience**
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting and payables strongly preferred.
- A general understanding of accounting practices and principles is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Interact well with diverse levels of employees; collaborative, energized by the open exchange of ideas.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work on multiple tasks
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Type: Full-Time** - Starting Range $22-24 per hour
