Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to effectively coordinate and manage resources.

**Duties**:

- Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Develop project plans, including defining project objectives, deliverables, and milestones
- Coordinate project activities and resources, including assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Proficient in project management systems and tools
- Extensive experience in program management
- Knowledge of Kaizen principles for continuous improvement
- Expertise in scope management and change control processes
- Familiarity with business process modeling techniques
- Excellent technical writing skills for documentation purposes
- Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies
- Knowledge of SAS (Statistical Analysis System) software is a plus
- Strong project coordination skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
