**Job Summary and Qualifications**:
What you will do in this role:

- You will coordinate with nursing care for the patient and participate in patient/family education.
- You will work collaboratively with ancillary staff and other patient care personnel in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
- You will participate in performance improvement activities to improve patient safety and quality of care.
- You will maintain cultural and diversity awareness when dealing with patients, visitors, co-workers and other customers.

- You will fulfill departmental responsibilities consistent with the long-range plan, mission, vision and values of HCA Houston Healthcare.

What qualification you will need:

- Current RN license in the state of Texas or multi-state Compact License (Employees with RN compact license are required to obtain TX RN license within 90 days of hire.)
- Minimum of 1-year RN experience in a Dialysis setting required.
- Ability to operate at various facilities.
- Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association Healthcare Provider.
- Or Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse.
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
