**Primary Duties and Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to**:
- Supporting human resources (HR) functions such as: recruitment, classification review, compensation studies, employment analysis, and leave and benefits administration.
- Collecting and analyzing data.
- Tracking trends and developments in assigned functional areas.
- Conducting studies, perform research, and prepare reports.
- Reviewing, interpreting, and recommending policies.
- Participating in working groups, councils, and committees.
- Ensuring compliance with DOE HR-related rules and regulations.
- **_Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government._**

**Required Experience & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree from in an accredited university and 8 years of experience OR high school diploma and 12 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 2010 or better
- Professional attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to competently deal with rapidly changing priorities and requirements
- Ability to perform sensitive tasks that require discretion and tact
**Required Education**
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree from in an accredited university and 8 years of experience OR high school diploma and 12 years of experience
