- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
- Assist in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Administer HR policies and procedures

- Maintain accurate employee records and confidentiality
- Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees
- Participate in performance management and employee development initiatives
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an HR role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures
- Expert knowledge of New York hiring and termination laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work remotely, with occasional on-site visits as needed

**Compensation**:
