Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This is a full-time position Monday thru Thursday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Maintain organized files and records, both physical and digital
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Perform general office duties including photocopying, scanning, and faxing

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- experience in real estate administrative tasks collecting rent HPD violations and dealing with tenants
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
