**Job Description**:
As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include performing automotive maintenance and repair tasks, conducting vehicle inspections, and ensuring the highest quality workmanship. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the service center, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities for Automotive Technician:

- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and identify any necessary repairs or maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues using industry-standard tools and equipment
- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately, adhering to company guidelines and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and technical knowledge

Responsibilities for Assistant Manager:

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the service center
- Supervise and support a team of technicians, providing guidance and coaching as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and escalations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in performing routine automotive maintenance tasks
- Excellent understanding of automotive systems and components
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role for the Assistant Manager position
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
