Backed by investors & leaders with a history of success in medical startup, our mission is to redefine practice management and are seeking a versatile, high-caliber individual to help us launch and expand our company.

Position Overview: We're looking for a dynamic Operations & Business Growth Coordinator who will partner closely with our leadership to shape and drive business growth. As our first hire, you will have a crucial role in aligning the business operations with our strategic vision. You will work directly with owners, lead recruitment efforts, facilitate client onboarding, and develop scalable systems to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Investor Vision Alignment**:

- Collaborate closely with investors to understand and execute their vision for business growth.
- Flexibly handle various tasks as assigned by investors, contributing directly to strategic business development.
- **Recruitment & Team Building**:

- Assist in interviewing and evaluating future employees to ensure a strong, capable team.
- Facilitate onboarding processes to seamlessly integrate new hires into the company's culture and operations.
- **Client Success & System Development**:

- Manage client onboarding to guarantee a smooth transition and positive initial experience.
- Take ownership in developing and refining internal systems that enhance efficiency and productivity across operations.

- Bachelor’s degree.

- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
