We assist clients nationwide with offices in Arizona, Utah, and Idaho. We pride ourselves on helping “Main Street” businesses. KKOS Lawyers has increased our client base by more than 20% in the last year. We are anxious for a new team member who is ready to start consulting following training. *Your Responsibilities:* As an Associate Attorney, you will be consulting on the following: * LLC, S-Corp and other entity set-ups * Estate Planning * Tax Planning * Self-Directed Retirement Planning * Small and medium business counseling/advising * Working with clients from all over North America *Skills & Abilities:* We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney for our Cedar City, UT office. The ideal candidate must have: * at least 1 year experience with business, tax, and estate planning * customer service focus and ability to interact with clients daily * strong communication skills as Attorneys consult and advise clients and paralegals handle the routine document drafting and filing (e.g. entities, estate plans). xuwmhxw * willingness to keep up with frequent changes in existing laws and desire to learn new areas of law * aptitude for cooperation and collaboration with staff and colleagues in various departments * ability to follow through and utilize effective time management skills *Preferred experience:* * Advising small and mid-sized businesses on business structures and entity set-up, tax considerations and minimization strategies, transactions, and business and estate planning.
