We pride ourselves on helping “Main Street” businesses. We are anxious for a new team member who is ready to start consulting following training.
*As an Associate Attorney, you will be consulting on the following:
* Estate Planning
* Tax Planning
* Self-Directed Retirement Planning
* Small and medium business counseling/advising
* We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney for our Cedar City, UT office. at least 1 year experience with business, tax, and estate planning
* customer service focus and ability to interact with clients daily
* strong communication skills as Attorneys consult and advise clients and paralegals handle the routine document drafting and filing (e.g. entities, estate plans).
* willingness to keep up with frequent changes in existing laws and desire to learn new areas of law
* Advising small and mid-sized businesses on business structures and entity set-up, tax considerations and minimization strategies, transactions, and business and estate planning.
