Quality Engineer

Join our dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Engineer and play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and regulatory specifications.
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics.
- Participate in design and process reviews.
- Provide training and support on quality standards and procedures.
- Ensure products meet quality standards, including AS9100 and AS9102.
- Generate and analyze quality data.
- Coordinate and support First Article Inspection (FAI) per AS9102.
- Assist in Material Review Board (MRB) meetings.
- Lead quality planning efforts for new product development.
- Develop inspection plans for purchased products and parts.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
- Perform other quality engineering and manufacturing support duties.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality management systems (QMS).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality management systems (QMS).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in root cause analysis and corrective action methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with root cause - corrective action investigation.
- Knowledge of First Article Inspection Reports per AS9102.
- Familiarity with Material Review Board (MRB) processes.
- Quality certifications (CQE, CQA, etc.).
- Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, FAA or NADCAP regulations.
- Experience with quality inspection tools (Net-Inspect, InspectionXpert, etc.).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $45.00/hr.
