Position: Advisor Service Specialist

Department: WM Operations - Impact

Reporting to: Director of Operations

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advisor Service Specialist to join our Impact Partnership team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional support and service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of financial services, demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, and excel in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:
  • Input, review and submit new account applications and service documents
  • Provide outstanding customer service when handling incoming calls and emails
  • Conduct calls/emails to follow up on pending applications to ensure they are being processed in a timely manner
  • Develop and manage transition processes from start to finish for our advisors
  • Understand, implement, and assist in the training process for transitioning advisors and their staff
  • Work with other internal divisions to ensure seamless conversion of advisor's offices
Experience you'll bring:
  • 2+ years of experience working in the financial services industry (RIA, Broker Dealer)
  • Knowledge of brokerage, advisory, or insurance products
  • Knowledge of SEC and other regulatory authorities as required
  • Strong organizational skills: capacity to manage heavy workload while navigating a variety of competing, ever changing priorities
  • Outstanding communication skills, ability to build rapport over the phone with a variety of personality types
