Advanced Automation and Robotics Instructor – Full-Time The faculty member will provide instruction in the area of Advanced Automation and Robotics. Requirements:  Associates Degree in Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics or a closely related field.  Two years practical experience in industrial robotics. Understanding of and commitment to community college teaching, mission and philosophy. Innovative, flexible, and positive teaching style and understanding the needs of students from diverse backgrounds. Experience with PLC’s (Allen-Bradley, Siemans or equivalent) robotic systems (Fanuc, ABB, or similar) and industrial networking. Wind Energy / Solar Technician Instructor – Full-Time The faculty member will provide instruction in the area of Wind Energy / Solar.   Requirements:  AAS degree related to Wind Turbine Technician Industry (Engineering, Engineering Technician, Industrial Technology) or a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a similar field.  Working knowledge of fundamentals of electricity, control wiring, and AC/DC applications. Technology skills. Understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to wind energy operations and maintenance. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software used in wind energy. May require evening or weekend hours.
