Please visit our website to learn more about who we are and ensure our values resonate with you.What You Will DoAs a Sales Development Representative, you will be a key contributor to our growth by generating qualified first meetings through consistent, high-volume outbound activity.Outbound Outreach: Make 120+ outbound calls per day to HR and People leaders. Engage warm and cold prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.Secure Appointments: Introduce iAMs HR technology services and the SaaS platform. Ask discovery questions to confirm interest and qualify prospects. Schedule first meetings and ensure prospects attend.Structured Execution: Follow a clearly defined outreach process and use provided scripts. Log all activity in CRM, including calls, emails, notes, and tasks. Work daily from assigned Apollo lead lists and maintain accurate data.Collaboration and Growth: Participate in skill-building sessions, coaching, and performance reviews. Work closely with the team to improve messaging and conversion rates. Represent iAM with professionalism, confidence, and clarity.Performance Expectations: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and meeting-setting targets.
