A leading Real Estate/Construction/Business Law Firm in Austin is seeking a highly experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to our attorneys. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both litigation and transactional matters. *Responsibilities:** *Drafting Pleadings:* Prepare petitions, motions, MSJs, and other legal documents. * *Transactional Documents:* Draft real estate and business documents. * *Pre-Trial and Trial Support:* Assist attorneys with all aspects of trial preparation and support. * *E-Filing Expertise:* Proficient in E-file Texas, ECF, and Pacer. * *Schedule Management:* Coordinate and manage schedules for supporting attorneys. * *Docket Control:* Experience with state court system docket control orders. * *Client Communication:* Facilitate case progress and provide status updates to clients. * *Client Intake:* Gather, organize, and update client files with pertinent information. * *Document Management:* Proofread and draft documents for attorney review, including correspondence. * *Administrative Tasks:* E-filing, faxing, mailing, copying, and scanning documents. * *Data Entry:* Input scanned data into the computer system. * *Calendar Maintenance:* Schedule deadlines and appointments for attorneys. *Qualifications:** *Experience:* Minimum of 5 years as a paralegal in a law firm. * *Skills:* Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with high attention to detail. * *Communication:* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * *Technical Proficiency:* Technically savvy with a proactive approach. * *Professionalism:* Ability to handle difficult calls maturely and maintain confidentiality. * *Environment:* Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic office. * *Punctuality:* Must be punctual and reliable. * *Location:* Must reside in the Austin area. *Additional Requirements:** Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. * Professional attire and a positive attitude are essential. * Submit your resume along with salary requirements in PDF format. * Provide three references with your resume. xrczosw * Due to high response, only qualified applicants will be contacted. *Job Type:* Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Paid sick time * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Referral program * Vision insurance Experience: * real estate paralegal : 1 year (Required)* litigation paralegal in Texas: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * West Lake Hills, TX 78746 (Required) Work Location: In person
