The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both litigation and transactional matters.*Responsibilities:** *Drafting Pleadings:* Prepare petitions, motions, MSJs, and other legal documents.* *Transactional Documents:* Draft real estate and business documents.* *Pre-Trial and Trial Support:* Assist attorneys with all aspects of trial preparation and support.* *E-Filing Expertise:* Proficient in E-file Texas, ECF, and Pacer.* *Schedule Management:* Coordinate and manage schedules for supporting attorneys.* *Docket Control:* Experience with state court system docket control orders.* *Client Communication:* Facilitate case progress and provide status updates to clients.* *Client Intake:* Gather, organize, and update client files with pertinent information.* *Document Management:* Proofread and draft documents for attorney review, including correspondence.* *Administrative Tasks:* E-filing, faxing, mailing, copying, and scanning documents.* *Data Entry:* Input scanned data into the computer system.* *Calendar Maintenance:* Schedule deadlines and appointments for attorneys.*Qualifications:** *Experience:* Minimum of 5 years as a paralegal in a law firm.* *Skills:* Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with high attention to detail.* *Communication:* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* *Technical Proficiency:* Technically savvy with a proactive approach.* *Professionalism:* Ability to handle difficult calls maturely and maintain confidentiality.* *Environment:* Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic office.* *Punctuality:* Must be punctual and reliable.* *Location:* Must reside in the Austin area.*Additional Requirements:** Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.* Professional attire and a positive attitude are essential.* Submit your resume along with salary requirements in PDF format.* Provide three references with your resume. xhuatnn * Due to high response, only qualified applicants will be contacted.*Job Type:* Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Opportunities for advancement* Paid sick time* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Referral program* Vision insuranceExperience:* real estate paralegal : 1 year (Required)* litigation paralegal in Texas: 5 years (Required)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)Ability to Commute:* West Lake Hills, TX 78746 (Required)Work Location: In person
