Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a Cloud AI Engineer (contract). In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise AI solutions in cloud environments. This role is onsite 3 days per week in Austin, TX. Key Responsibilities: - Supports strategic initiatives and technology projects with a focus on AI and cloud solutions. - Define, design, and administer highly scalable AI systems on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. - Implement essential capabilities including model training, inference, reporting and seamless integration. - Participates in end-to-end delivery of AI solutions including systems analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and optimization. - Supports troubleshooting, risk management, technical standards SOPs, and documentation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in cloud computing - 2+ years of experience in cloud-based AI/ML system design, development, and administration - Hands-on skills with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services - Knowledge of machine learning workflows, model training, inference pipelines, and data integration - Skilled in advanced AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, MLflow)- Skills with data governance, security, and privacy compliance for AI systems - xrczosw Knowledge of AI system deployment, monitoring, and scaling in production environments - Ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and collaborate with business stakeholders - Skilled in scheduling, testing, installing, and implementing programs Contract Benefit Offerings: - Healthcare (medical, dental, and vision plans)- 401(k) and retirement plans - Commuter benefits - Employee and vendor discounts - Employee Assistance Program (EAP)- And many more
