We’re hiring an AI Engineer (Agentic AI & Full-Stack) to join us full-time, on-site in Austin, TX .
You’ll work directly with the founding team to architect, build, and scale the agentic AI systems powering thousands of patient interactions per day. This role goes beyond traditional software engineering—you’ll be designing and deploying AI agents, orchestration layers, reasoning pipelines, and LLM-powered workflows while also contributing across our backend/frontend stack.

Architect, build, and scale agentic AI systems , including task-solving workflows, reasoning loops, and tool-use pipelines.
Develop full-stack features across backend and frontend (Python/TypeScript/React).
Translate real-world patient workflows into automated, voice-enabled AI agents.
Rapidly prototype, iterate, and own features end-to-end—from concept to deployment.
3+ years of software engineering experience .
~ Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with TypeScript/React .
~ Experience building backend services, APIs, or distributed systems.
~ Prior experience building or deploying AI agents:
~ voice, chat, task-oriented, or LLM-driven automation workflows.
~ Practical understanding of agentic AI concepts , such as multi-step reasoning, tool calling, workflow orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG),stateful agent architectures.
~ Basic DevOps skills (Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, AWS/Azure).
~ Passion for building AI that solves real operational problems in healthcare.


Bonus Points For
Experience with speech-to-text, TTS, telephony, or conversational AI pipelines.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems.
High-growth SaaS or platform engineering experience.
