The Regional Imaging Director (RDI) reports to the Regional Vice President and assures leadership, support, and development of the Atlanta region DI service team. The RDI also ensures expert service of diagnostic imaging equipment and client satisfaction, including training, mentoring, technical support, monitoring/leading escalations, cost productivity, and building self-service capability to minimize outsourced third-party or OEM solutions. This role is Atlanta based, with limited national travel when needed.
Participate in customer rounding/developing relationships.
Follow-up to ensure ISEs follow up after service events to ensure equipment is operating correctly.
Respond expeditiously to service calls to evaluate and rectify valid equipment complaints and concerns.
Display effective customer service, maintain good personal relationships with fellow workers, clinical staff, vendors, manufacturers, and the public.
Flexibility to work after hours and weekends when needed.
Participate in huddles, meetings, training, and conferences as assigned.
Learn, understand, and comply with all government, regulatory, industry, company, and client Policies and Procedures.
Assist with research and orders for repair parts.
Bachelors in biomedical engineering or equivalent; Advanced knowledge of DI equipment service; Medical
