Explore more at intelashealth.com.Job Summary The Regional Imaging Director (RDI) reports to the Regional Vice President and assures leadership, support, and development of the Atlanta region DI service team. The RDI also ensures expert service of diagnostic imaging equipment and client satisfaction h including training, mentoring, technical support, monitoring/leading escalations, cost productivity, and building self-service capability to minimize outsourced third-party or OEM solutions. This role is Atlanta based, with limited national travel when needed.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Functions of the job include but are not limited to the following:Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting and technical support capability for multi-modality, multi-OEMs. Engage in service events to optimize uptime, service cost and delivery.Track record for solving problems; ability to handle difficult situations.Maintain effective communication with leadership for service escalations. Monitor service region for service delivery, profitability, and implement improvements.Participate in customer rounding/developing relationshipsFollow-up/ensure ISEs follow up after service events to ensure equipment is operating correctlyRespond expeditiously to service calls to evaluate and rectify valid equipment complaints and concernsDisplay effective customer service, maintain good personal relationships with fellow workers, clinical staff, vendors, manufacturers, and the public.Flexibility to work after hours and weekends when neededParticipate in huddles, meetings, training, and conferences as assignedMentor ISEs to provide accurate and timely recordkeepingLearn, understand, and comply with all government, regulatory, industry, company, and client Policies and ProceduresAssist with research and orders for repair parts?QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelors in biomedical engineering or equivalentAdvanced knowledge of DI equipment serviceMilitary experience is a plusExperience: Minimum of ten years DI service experienceExperience leading an effective teamCompetent in three or more imaging modalities, expert in at least one Apply to Intelas todayIntelas is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story Associates at Intelas are offered many fantastic benefits.
