We are seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Partnerships & Operations to lead the development and management of clinical sites, healthcare partnerships, and compliance programs for a growing organization in the nursing and health sciences education space. This role is critical in ensuring students have access to high-quality clinical experiences while maintaining regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain clinical site agreements with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and healthcare organizations. - Develop and manage strategic partnerships to support nursing and allied health programs. - Ensure healthcare compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards. - Represent the organization at healthcare conferences, networking events, and partner meetings. - Oversee student health record compliance and onboarding for clinical rotations. - Serve as a liaison between academic leadership and clinical partners to resolve issues and enhance student experiences. Qualifications - Healthcare or clinical operations background with experience in partnership development or business development. - Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, clinical education standards, and regulatory requirements. - Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive strategic initiatives. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to travel and represent the organization at partner sites and industry events. - Leadership experience with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
