Backed by Roivant (NASDAQ: ROIV), Savant is built for organizations that see structured data not just as an output, but as a foundation for innovation.The Opportunity: We’re hiring a Director of Strategic Partnerships to help scale Savant’s footprint across clinical research, health systems, life sciences, and data infrastructure. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to identify, negotiate, and grow high-impact relationships - spanning pilots, enterprise partnerships, and commercial collaborations. This is a high trust, externally facing role for someone who combines strategic clarity with executional rigor. You’ll bring structure to complex opportunities; help shape our go-to-market model and drive long-term value for both Savant and our partners.Some Things You Might Work OnIdentify, develop, and close strategic partnerships across healthcare providers, registries, payers, and life sciences organizationsServe as a thought partner to the CEO on commercial strategy, growth priorities, and market positioningBuild and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities - from initial conversations through negotiation, contracting, and launchCollaborate with product and clinical teams to align external opportunities with internal capabilitiesRepresent Savant at industry events and in key partner meetings, helping elevate our brand and expand our networkHelp shape our early go-to-market playbook, pricing strategy, and partner success modelWhat We’re Looking For6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or healthtech commercializationDeep familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or health data infrastructure - and strong grasp of how partnerships get done in this spaceTrack record of closing complex deals or collaborations involving clinical data, product integrations, or co-developmentExcellent communicator - able to earn trust with both executives and operatorsComfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple high-stakes relationships, and moving fast with minimal oversightStrategic thinker with a bias toward action - someone who can see around corners and execute in the near termWhy Join UsCross-sector visibility: you'll engage directly with innovators across healthcare and life scienceHigh-leverage relationships: the deals you shape will directly influence Savant’s trajectoryBuild something that matters: help unlock better data for research, clinical care, and discoveryWork with sharp, mission-driven people: operate with trust, autonomy, and speedBase salary for this role will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market conditions. The expected base salary for the role will generally be between $110,000 to $160,000 per year, with meaningful equity.
