Career Opportunity EdgeCore is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to serve as the company's subject matter expert for Coupa and other related platforms. This role is central to ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and accuracy of EdgeCore's procure-to-pay, travel and expense reimbursement, and budgeting systems. The Procurement Systems Administrator will directly support the finance, procurement, and accounting functions to manage system integrations and streamline data analytics and reporting across departments. Responsibilities Integration maintenance, support, report design and ongoing configuration of EdgeCore's financial systems including Coupa, Trimble Unity Construct (formerly known as E-Builder) and SAP Concur. Identify, triage and resolve system issues, integration errors, workflows, and change requests. Manage user access, onboarding, and training; deliver ongoing support to drive adoption and effective system use. Create, manage and maintain internal documentation for Coupa, Trimble Unity Construct and Concur including training documents, processes, customizations and configurations. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. Partner with IT and business teams to ensure data governance, system security, release testing, and effective change management during system enhancements or upgrades. Identify enhancement opportunities and cross-functional configuration improvements. Your Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered. 3+ years of experience in configuring and integrating Coupa and/or Unity Construct applications with ERP, Middleware, and third-party applications via flat file and APIs 3+ years combined experience as a User, Administrator, Implementor or Consultant of Coupa and/or Unity Construct Prior experience in enterprise-level environments Preferred Skills Experience with Trimble Unity Construct integrations is a plus Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), budgeting and accounting processes Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools Excellent customer service and communication skills Coupa Platform Certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire Positive and collaborative mindset that embraces change and drives solutions What We Offer This is a full-time salaried position, including a performance-based annual bonus and equity compensation This role requires in-office presence four days per week This role is based in downtown Denver, with parking for the successful candidate paid by EdgeCore Base salary range is $120,000 – 150,000, depending on experience Medical, dental & vision insurance coverage Health & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Savings Account (HSA)120 hours of paid time off annually, plus 11 paid holidays 401(k) retirement savings plan with a company contribution Company-paid life and disability insurance Company sponsored employee assistance and discount programs
