This is a rare opportunity to have a direct impact on key projects at DEN and the international aviation community. Procurement projects include Request for Proposals, Request for Qualifications, Invitations to Bid, and Contract Amendments just to name a few. This position will work closely with DEN stakeholders and Leadership to draft, evaluate and award procurement opportunities.Additionally, as a Procurement Contract Administrator you can expect to:Collaborate with DEN stakeholders to improve transparency, accountability, and standardization with procurement policies and proceduresProvide recommendations that may result in increasing competition, quality, and expanding contractor diversity opportunities at DENPresent to DEN Leadership and stakeholders on current projects throughout the lifecycle of the procurementReview and analyze procurement specifications and independently prepare solicitation documentsFacilitate DEN stakeholder reviews of solicitation and proposal documents to acquire constructive feedback in a timely and efficient mannerEvaluate proposal documents submitted to DEN and verify vendor responsivenessFacilitate proposal evaluation process, including, but not limited to, assembling evaluation panels and coordinating and conducting various presentations and vendor interviewsPossess financial analysis skills to ensure compliance of fiscal accountability throughout the development and contracting processDevelop and maintain effective relationships with all of DEN stakeholders involved in processing procurements.
