Position Overview We’re looking for a hands-on Account Manager to join our Turf & Ornamentals Division. The Working Account Manager plays a dual role in both client care and hands-on field operations across residential and commercial properties. This position combines account oversight with hands-on execution in turf and ornamental care. The Working Account Manager is responsible for building strong, trusted relationships with homeowners and property managers, while actively participating in site work, ensuring programs are delivered with the highest level of quality, safety, and efficiency. What You’ll Do Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and conduct regular site visits. Design and deliver seasonal lawn and ornamental programs customized for residential homes and commercial properties. Perform turf and ornamental care services, including fertilization, pest and disease management, and weed control. Work alongside crews in the field and lead by example while delivering high-quality results. Provide comprehensive training to lawn care technicians on safe work practices and proper equipment operation. Identify and recommend enhancements, supporting account growth and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate service records, chemical usage logs, and compliance documentation. What We’re Looking For 3 years of experience in turf management, plant health care, or landscaping. Strong knowledge of turfgrass and ornamental plant care. Valid pesticide applicator’s license (or ability to obtain). Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions and operate landscape equipment. Valid driver’s license with a clean record. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication preferred.
