About this Role: 

As a Restaurant Account Executive at Modisoft, you will grow our business by introducing our software solutions to various foodservice establishments, including restaurants, coffee shops, pizza and sub shops, and delis. Within your territory, you will prospect, build relationships, and manage the sales cycle from outreach to closing deals. You will work with internal teams to meet sales targets, find new market opportunities, and provide customer insights. This role is ideal for self-driven individuals who excel in sales, enjoy networking, and are passionate about helping businesses thrive with innovative technology. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Represent Modisoft locally, offering software, point-of-sale solutions, and payment processing to restaurant owners, helping them grow and streamline their businesses. 
  • Develop a designated territory by prospecting, building relationships, and onboarding new clients while managing the full sales cycle. 
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing strategic plans, targeting emerging markets, and presenting Modisoft's products to potential clients. 
  • Collaborate with Sales & Support teams, marketing, and product development to achieve performance goals, refine solutions, and create effective promotional strategies. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and industry stakeholders, while staying informed about industry trends and competitors. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or market growth, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. 
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and industry dynamics. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. 

Compensation for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional performance-based incentives.
