Check out our website: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality System Specialist to join our team on-site and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to controlled substances. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational integrity and regulatory adherence across the facility.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations .
Develop and deliver training programs for employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for controlled substances.
Experience in quality systems, auditing, and training .
Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing controlled substances in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or laboratory setting.
Experience with cGMP and regulatory recordkeeping requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Sciences, Quality Assurance).
