We’re looking for an In-House Licensed Architect that reimagines how fitness spaces are designed, built, and experienced nationwide.

Are you a creative architectural thinker who excels at experience-focused designs, understands state codes, and holds an active Florida Architectural License (plus eligibility for Texas and Arizona)?

We are seeking a Licensed Architect with strong experience in commercial interior planning and technical documentation to lead gym layout designs, spatial planning, and visual mockups for new locations. This role will guide the full concept-to-execution process, collaborating directly with leadership, field operations, and municipalities to ensure our facilities are both functional and visually compelling. You will oversee layout standards, develop construction drawing sets, ensure code and ADA compliance, and help create visual materials for both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Lead the architectural vision, layout planning, and design standards for all Amped Fitness locations.
Develop and manage architectural drawing sets, including floor plans, equipment layouts, interior elevations, and finish plans.
Coordinate with engineers, general contractors, and vendors to ensure design feasibility and construction accuracy.
Conduct site evaluations, field verifications, and progress oversight during build-outs.
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to translate architectural concepts into branded visuals and promotional materials.
Maintain an organized library of equipment standards, templates, and layout best practices.

Professional Degree in Architecture (B.4+ years experience in commercial architecture or interior planning (fitness, retail, hospitality, or high-traffic environments preferred).
~ Must be efficient and fast with SketchUp, or comparable rendering software
~ Portfolio demonstrating both technical documentation and 3D visualization capabilities.
~ Ability to travel locally and/or fly out for site visits as needed.
