Remote in Boston, MA.
Own the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closeacross an assigned US territory.
Design and execute thoughtful account plans that evolve initial pilots into long-term, scalable customer partnerships.
Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and executive teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey and client handoff.
Exceed revenue targets through effective pipeline management, sales strategy execution, and collaboration with Client Success for post-sale expansion.
Translate customer insights into actionable feedback to influence product development and improve customer outcomes.
Represent the company at industry events and within key networks to generate qualified leads and elevate brand visibility.
Maintain rigorous and transparent pipeline reporting and forecasting using Hubspot.
5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in the US healthcare market, preferably in startup environments.
~ At least 3+ years specifically selling into US health systems as an Enterprise AE, with a proven ability to convert competitive accounts.
~ Consultative and collaborative sales styleno ego, not salesy, and thrives on building trust.
~ Demonstrated success in building out new territories and generating pipeline from scratch.
~ On-Target Earnings (OTE): Double base salary, plus equity
