Technology | Boston (Hybrid) | MA | $370,000 Job Description The Sr. Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing the Enterprise business unit, focused specifically on new business. This is a team comprised of 6 sellers and 1 manager. The Sr. Sales Director will be coaching and supporting their team on account strategy to achieve their annual subscription targets and services goals. The Sr. Sales Director must be effective in addressing individual performance issues and leading sales training to enhance team performance. Requirements 10+ years of experience carrying a quota and exceeding individual sales goals within a service-based or consultative sales environment 5+ years managing a new-business team focused on enterprise accounts Previous experience working within the tech or security space preferred Confidence and ability to facilitate executive level conversations around various topics with subject-matter experts Location : Hybrid work environment; Reporting to a Boston-based office 2-3 times per week.
