Responsibilities Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Install operating systems, apply security updates, and configure network settings. Deploy hardware to designated locations and verify functionality. Install and troubleshoot applications for compatibility and performance. Validate user access and perform initial login tests. Document work and update asset inventory. Decommission old equipment and ensure compliance with disposal standards. Provide on-site troubleshooting and escalate issues when needed.
