Final Filing Date: 11/17/2025 Job Description and Duties Under the general direction of the District Administrator (DA), Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) in the Northern Region Office, part of the Law Enforcement Branch (Branch) in the Enforcement Division (Division) within the Department of Cannabis Control (Department), the Information Technology Specialist (ITS) I will perform forensic examinations of digital devices and provide advanced technical expertise to support and advise the branch on information relating to seizures and forensic examinations of digital devices. This position operates with a high level of independence and is responsible for ensuring the reliable performance, security, and integrity of these mission critical forensic environments, which encompass a diverse range of technologies, software platforms, and vendor solutions.
