Responsibilities Under the direction of the IT Supervisor II, serve as a developer/technical specialist supporting Caltrans application portfolio. Key duties include: Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain web and mobile applications across Linux, Windows IIS, JavaScript, HTML, XML, Java, .Net, Spring, Python, Objective?C, C++, C#, Oracle, MySQL, and related technologies. Develop interfaces, web application configuration, reports, and other technical outputs. Participate in system analysis, documentation, and design of new specifications, processes, and procedures aligned with Caltrans standards. Contribute to project planning, status reporting, technical oversight, procurement, quality, and scope management.
