Commercial Real Estate Associate/ 401K Profit Share/ Amazing Benefits/Transactional Real Estate
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Commercial Real Estate Associate to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate law, with a focus on leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and general transactional experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex and high-profile real estate transactions, providing legal advice and support to a diverse range of clients.
Dental
Draft, negotiate, and interpret various real estate agreements including leases, purchase and sale agreements, easements, and other real estate documents.
Conduct thorough due diligence for potential real estate transactions, including reviewing and analyzing title and survey documents, environmental reports, zoning reports, and other due diligence materials.
Provide legal advice on a broad range of real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions, development, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate.
Assist with the structuring, negotiation, and closing of complex commercial real estate transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to client service and to stay abreast of market trends and legal developments.
Work closely with other attorneys and staff to ensure the successful completion of real estate transactions.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a focus on leasing, due diligence, acquisitions and dispositions, and general transactional experience.
Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
Proficient with legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
