We help innovative ecosystems thrive through development, property management, and community activation, because what happens inside a building matters most.The RoleWe’re looking for a Commercial Real Estate Associate to support leasing, acquisitions, and investment projects across multiple markets. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to transactions, financial analysis, and client engagement, ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to grow with a dynamic firm and pursue a broker's license.What You’ll DoAssist with live leasing and acquisition deals, including due diligence, tenant interviews and client communications.Conduct market research and support financial models and investment analyses.Draft marketing materials, property listings, and client presentations.Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, and property managers to keep deals on track.Prepare Letters Of Intent, term sheets and transaction summariesIdentify potential clients, properties and investment opportunities for business development.Maintain and organize CRM records, deal files and pipeline reports.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field.3+ years’ experience in commercial real estate, finance, or investments.Strong Excel and financial analysis skills; ARGUS a plus.Organized, proactive, and professional with strong communication skills.Why Join UsAt Collaborative Real Estate, you’ll gain exposure to transactions, clients, and markets from day one.
