About the Role As a tech lead for the mobile engineering team at Wispr, you will direct the technical architecture for Wispr's iOS and Android applications for voice dictation (and voice interfaces more broadly). Previous tech lead experience / staff software engineering experience
Fluency in Swift and Kotlin, shipped multiple iOS/Android apps to large userbases
Creativity, excellence in engineering, and code velocity
Built personal projects or contributed to open source in Swift/Kotlin
Incredible attention to detail on design and animations
Care towards code quality and UX
Strong programming practices and high-throughput of code across the stack
