We are looking for an experienced Mobile App Tech Lead to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This position involves leading mobile application development efforts, providing technical guidance, and creating innovative digital solutions that enhance customer engagement. As a key contributor, you will oversee architecture design, native development, and integrations across Android and iOS platforms. Responsibilities: • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the mobile development team, ensuring successful delivery of projects. • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications aligned with business objectives. • Develop scalable and maintainable architecture solutions for complex challenges. • Lead native app development for Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C). • Integrate third-party SDKs and APIs, ensuring secure and seamless connectivity. • Implement features related to CarPlay and Android Auto, enhancing automotive integrations. • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization to maintain high-quality standards. • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for development processes. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to deliver cohesive solutions. • Participate in occasional travel, up to twice per year, to support project needs. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in mobile and smartwatch app development. • Expertise in native Android development (Kotlin/Java) and iOS development (Swift/Objective-C). • Strong knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth and experience with secure integrations. • Proficiency in debugging and optimizing app performance. • Familiarity with CarPlay and Android Auto features. • Experience integrating third-party SDKs and APIs. • Knowledge of hybrid frameworks like React Native or Flutter is a plus. xrczosw • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
