We thrive on spirited debate, truth-seeking, and real-world impact.This year, we've grown our revenue 50% month-over-month and with our latest $30M Series A, this is just the beginning.About the RoleAs a tech lead for the mobile engineering team at Wispr, you will direct the technical architecture for Wispr's iOS and Android applications for voice dictation (and voice interfaces more broadly). You'll be responsible for designing technical architectures that scale for a voice interface, running growth/activation/monetization experience, and delivering at a high technical bar.What are we looking for?Previous founding or startup experience Previous tech lead experience / staff software engineering experienceFluency in Swift and Kotlin, shipped multiple iOS/Android apps to large userbasesUser-focused design intuition and design tasteAttention to detail and eagerness to learnAptitude and clarity of thoughtCreativity, excellence in engineering, and code velocityRequired Knowledge/Skills, Education, And ExperienceBuilt personal projects or contributed to open source in Swift/KotlinIncredible attention to detail on design and animationsCare towards code quality and UXStrong programming practices and high-throughput of code across the stackOutstanding team player and communicatorWe consider all qualified applicants without regard to legally protected characteristics and provide reasonable accommodations upon request. #J-18808-Ljbffr
