Apply if you meet this criterion Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, finance or finance related, master's degree is preferred; More than 10 years of work experience, more than 5 years of overseas financing experience of listed companies, there are 2-3 large project financing landing cases and undertake the main financing work Demonstrated hands‑on experience leading major financing transactions—including both debt and equity—for publicly listed or multinational companies. Proven track record with U.S.-based equity raises (Series B–D, IPO, or secondary offerings), including a documented investor network. Ability to translate financial strategy into actionable business growth, with advanced skills in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis. Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills with investors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
